ADHD, ASD, and Learning Differences

Specialized Treatment
We understand that every mind is unique—and so are the challenges that come with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other learning differences. Our specialized treatment approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for neurodiversity.
Understanding Neurodiversity

We view neurological differences not as deficits, but as variations in how individuals experience and interact with the world. Our goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop strategies to navigate areas of difficulty with confidence and support.
What We Offer
Our counselors have training and experience in working with children, teens, and adults with:

-
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): We focus on communication skills, social interaction, sensory regulation, and emotional awareness in a safe, structured, and affirming environment.
-
ADHD: We support clients in developing executive functioning skills such as organization, focus, impulse control, and time management, while also addressing emotional regulation and self-esteem.
-
Learning Differences (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, or processing disorders): We collaborate with families and educators to support academic and personal development, creating customized coping strategies and accommodations.

Tailored Approaches
Our interventions may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, social skills training, parent coaching, and mindfulness-based techniques—always personalized to the individual’s developmental level, goals, and preferences.

Support for Families
We also work closely with parents, caregivers and educators, offering education, resources, and guidance to help them advocate for and support their loved ones at home, at school, and in the community.

A Collaborative Journey
Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or a loved one, we’re here to partner with you on a journey toward greater understanding, growth, and empowerment.
